We do not charge VAT. Our turnover is below the limit for VAT registration.

We attempt to keep the danish crown prices stable at least within each quarter. In case of exchange rate fluctuations however, the other currency prices may vary accordingly.

Prices are all inclusive, no hidden extras.

Delivery schedule:

By default, delivery will be electronic (download), which is both fast, easy and reliable. In case you at some point need to reinstall, you will be able to redownload, which will be the latest upgrade. Manuals are also available in PDF format for download.

In case you still want to be able to reinstall without need to access our website, you can store the installation file locally on an USB stick, a CDROM or external drive.

When we have received payment we will forward en email, normally within one day, with installation instructions and license codes.

Money-back guarantee

You have 2 weeks after purchase to change your mind and return the software. In that case, even if delivery is electronic, you must contact us for sending you a form, which you must fill in, sign personally, and send back to us by ordinary mail, stating, that the purchased software has all been deleted.

We need payment in advance. You can conveniently pay by Eurocard, MasterCard or Visa using our Paypal paygate.

Credit card security

Your card details will be encrypted by the SSL standard, making them absolutely safe from outside inspection. We do not even see them ourselves! It goes directly to the clearing bank.

Privacy policy:

Your personal data (name, address, email and purchased items) is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to anyone else. It is used only for the statutory accounting and for reference in case you need support. Accounting data is deleted after 5 years.

A program licence uses your personal name to specify and prove the ownership. The licence details are kept as long as the product is upgradable, which may exceed 5 years.

At any time you can ask us for information about what we know about you, and at any time you can demand this information deleted.
